BotCity Insights

BotCity Insights is the BotCity platform module that brings together operational information and indicators about the health of your automation operation. With it, you understand the performance of your automations over time and identify points for improvement.

With BotCity Insights, you can:

  • Track results: view on the Dashboard the evolution of Savings, ROI, Hours saved, and FTE, as well as the growth of the operation.
  • Analyze specific data: query and export Reports on automations, tasks, Runners, success rate, and downtime.
  • Integrate with other tools: bring the data to external services, such as Power BI, or query it through the API.

Accessing Insights

You can access the BotCity Insights module through the Global Menu, located in the top left corner of the platform.
