Form¶
Once external collaborators are accepted to submit opportunities in the Opportunity Hub, all they need to do is fill out the submission form.
The form was designed to guide collaborators through the process of capturing information about the process they wish to automate. They will be presented with open-ended questions about the process, its objective, and critical points. Additionally, they will answer First-level questions defined by the team responsible for the Hub.
The form is divided into 3 steps:
1 - About the opportunity¶
This step consists of fixed questions such as:
- What is the name of the collaborator?
- What is the best name to identify this opportunity?
- Can you describe the process in question?
- What is the main objective in seeking automation for this process?
- What are the steps of the process?
- What are the most critical points of this process?
- Are there any documents related to this process? (with an option to upload files)
2 - About the process¶
Collaborators will answer First-level questions pre-selected by the internal team for this initial information capture, including the customized variables that were created.
3 - Ready!¶
At this point, collaborators can add any extra comments relevant to the process and submit their idea.
Submission and tracking¶
After submission, collaborators will receive updates via email about their submissions, and a new card will be created in the Opportunity Hub for the internal team to evaluate each opportunity.
Every time their opportunity changes stages, whether advancing or returning to a previous stage, a notification will be sent directly to the email of the collaborator who submitted it.
