User roles¶
Access to BotCity Insights features is defined by the role assigned to each user in the Insights product, in the Organization's Users and Groups section.
The roles available in this module are:
- Administrator: full access to the Insights functionalities.
- Developer: access to the Runner data, the reports and the integrations.
- No access: the user neither views nor operates the Insights.

Assign roles to users
Roles are defined when you invite a user to the workspace and can be changed later in the user details.
